Article Abstract
The persistence of CED was a significant predictor of death or dependency after acute supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage even after adjusting for initial severity and hematoma volume. CED can be evoked by a relatively smaller thalamic hematoma than a putaminal hematoma.
